What information do we collect?
We collect your email address, company name, and country from you when you register an Account on our site or for any of the Receipt Stash Products.
Subsequently, you or other Users within your Account may add additional Users or Partner Users (where applicable). A User email address is required and optionally a first and last name when creating a new user.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, company name, country, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
To personalise your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
To improve our website and Receipt Stash Products (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
To send periodic emails:
The email address you provide for registration or order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order or Account, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

You can access, correct or update most information yourself by logging into your Account at https://app.receipt-stash.com/login and can request our assistance by sending an email to email@example.com
You can opt-out of any marketing material we send you at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link present in any marketing related emails.
You can opt-out or customise the settigns of any Account notification emails by clicking the relevant link present in the email or by logging into your Account at https://app.receipt-stash.com/login.
You can ask us to delete information we store about you by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can ask us to give you your data in a transferrable way by sending an email to email@example.com.
We will respond to all requests we receive within 30 days, but usually much faster. We will also clearly explain what we can or can’t do for you and why.
Although we do not use Users’ Personal Information to send them marketing emails, we may still send non-marketing emails. Non-marketing emails include emails about Users’ Accounts and our business dealings with them - for example, if any part of the Receipt Stash Products is temporarily disrupted or suspended or if there are any upcoming features or developments to the Receipt Stash Products we need to communicate. In addition, please note that all Users will receive an automatic welcome email necessary to complete their registration process.
Users have the ability to customize notification emails regarding activity and information about their Account. These notifications will be sent to the the nominated email address for the User. Users may be opted in to notification emails upon creation of a Receipt Stash Account and will always have the ability to turn this feature off by access their account at https://app.receipt-stash.com/login or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If users do not wish to receive any email communications at all, they can inform Receipt Stash of their request by sending an email to email@example.com.
Automated Decision Making and Profiling
We do not use your personal data for the purposes of automated decision-making or profiling as those terms’ meanings apply in the context of the Data Protection Legislation. However, we may do so in order to fulfil obligations imposed by law, in which case we will inform you of any such processing and provide you with an opportunity to object.
Users choices about privacy
Users may always opt not to disclose certain personal data, but that may mean that they will not be able to access certain Receipt Stash Products. For example, a User's email address and company name are necessary to complete the registration process.
We ask that Users not send us, and that Users not disclose, any sensitive personal data about themselves or anyone else (e.g., social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the Receipt Stash Products or otherwise to us.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website or via the Receipt Stash Products. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the relevant activity for which it was provided or collected. If you sign up for an Account, this will be for as long as we provide access to the Receipt Stash Products to you, your Account with us remains open or any period set out in any relevant contract you have with us.
