Using Xero tracking categories

To use Xero tracking categories, turn this feature on by navigating to Setup > App Integration and clicking on the Settings button in the Xero panel. Turn on the Use Xero Tracking Categories setting.

Any tracking categories you have set up in your Xero account will be pulled across into your Receipt Stash project list.

You cannot add, edit or delete tracking categories from Receipt Stash. Any changes must be made in your Xero account and will be synced with Receipt Stash within 24 hours.

Use the Project and Project 2 fields to tag receipts with your Xero tracking categories. These will be applied in Xero when you export the item.
