Setting up user permissions

Navigate to the Account Admin > Users page and either add a new user by clicking the green Add User button, or edit an existing user by clicking on their user name in the data table.

Control the type of user with the User Role field. Three user types with differing access levels are available:

  • Adminstrator - full access to the mobile and web app.
  • Standard User - access to the mobile and web app. No access to the Account Admin section in the web app.
  • Submitter - access to the mobile app only.

Control the permissions and settings that the user has by selecting a user record and then navigating to the Settings tab.
